Prawn: Boil prawn, then peel and remove its black thread.
Mix butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped carrotts then spread it on bread surface. Bake the bread into light brown.
Remove bell pepper's and tomatoes' seed then dice them. Remove capsicum's seeed then mince it.
Slice thinly shallots. Mice spring onion and cilantro (coriander)
Dissolve the mixture of salt and pepper, lemon juice and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Add prawn, bell peppers, tomatoes, capsicum, shallots, parley and cilantro in a bowl.
Pour the mixture above and mix all of vegetables well.
