Salad Prawn Serve With Garlic Bread

  • 100 gram prawn
  • 1 load of bread
  • 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 20 gram minced garlic
  • 20 gram unsalted butter
  • 40 gram bell pepper
  • 20 gram tomotoes
  • 10 gram capsicum
  • 100 gram shallot
  • 5 gram spring onion
  • 5 gram cilantro (coriander)
  • 5 gram parley
  • 10 gram carrots
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper


  • Prawn: Boil prawn, then peel and remove its black thread.
  • Mix butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped carrotts then spread it on bread surface. Bake the bread into light brown.
  • Remove bell pepper's and tomatoes' seed then dice them. Remove capsicum's seeed then mince it.
  • Slice thinly shallots. Mice spring onion and cilantro (coriander)
  • Dissolve the mixture of salt and pepper, lemon juice and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 
  • Add prawn, bell peppers, tomatoes, capsicum, shallots, parley and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture above and mix all of vegetables well.
  • Serve the prawn salad with garlic-butter bread
