Fish Ceviche With Mango Dressing
- 1 Mango
- 2 fillet Sea bass
- 1 Onion
- 1 yellow lemon
- 1 green lemon
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 salt & pepper chili
- 2 tbsp Latino Bella Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Start by dividing the sea bass or sea bream into medium size cubes then place them in a bowl. Add the juice of the lemon mix fish well.
