Preheat the oven to 180 C. Chop the chicken with a knife, salt and pepper.
Shape the ground chicken into a circle, cut the tomme chesse into strips (or slice cheese), the buns in half. Slice the onion and the red bell pepper.
Preheat the pan add 1 tbsp Latino Bella Extra Virgin Olive Oil saute' slice onion and red bell pepper cook it about 1 minutes, add salt & pepper.
Bake the buns in oven for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, fried chicken on pan with 1 tbsp Latino Bella Extra Virgin Olive Oil medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side. Put steak on top of the buns then cheese and bake for 2 to 3 minutes.
Combine with red bell pepper and salad roquette on each buns. Close and serve.
