Steak Salmon Fillet With Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram salmon fillet
  • 100 gram asparagus
  • 30 gram unsalted butter
  • 50 gram flour
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp wine
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some parsley

Instructions
 

  • Wash then drain salmon fillets. If each fillet is large we cut 3 longitudinal grooves then roll over flour.
  • Heat 02 tbsp of olive oil. Fry fish into light brown. Add unsalted butter. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Finally add the wine and sprinkle the chopped parsley.
  • Cut Asparagus into pieces, boiled.
  • Place the salmon an asparagus on the plate.
