Steak Salmon Fillet With Asparagus
Ingredients
- 300 gram salmon fillet
- 100 gram asparagus
- 30 gram unsalted butter
- 50 gram flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp wine
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and pepper
- some parsley
Instructions
- Wash then drain salmon fillets. If each fillet is large we cut 3 longitudinal grooves then roll over flour.
- Heat 02 tbsp of olive oil. Fry fish into light brown. Add unsalted butter. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Finally add the wine and sprinkle the chopped parsley.
- Cut Asparagus into pieces, boiled.
- Place the salmon an asparagus on the plate.
