Coconut eggs with chorizo sausage
Ingredients
- 4 large extra-fresh eggs
- 4 tbsp tomao basil souce
- 8 slices chorizo sausage
- 40 gram cheese (ex. mozzarella)
- 4 tbsp cooking cream
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare 04 bowls which can be used with oven
- Pour 1 tbsp tomato-basil souce in a bowl
- In the same bowl, put slices of sausage, cooking cream, cheese and 1/4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Break an egg on top of the bowl.
- Bake for 1 min at 650 W, then continue cooking for 1 min at 850 W
- Do the same guidline for 03 bowls left.
