Bruschetta With Tomato and Basil
Ingredients
- 02 Tomato diced
- 01 Purple onion (or red onion) chopped
- 01 Chili horn
- 30 g Oregano leaves
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Latino Bella Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 baguette bread
- 50 g Green olives (or black olives) slice
Instructions
- Tomatoes, chili removed, diced. Chopped purple (or red) onions. Basil leaves, oregano leaves washed, finely cut, green olives slice.
- Combine tomatoes, chili, purple onion, green olives, basil and oregano in a bowl, mix well with lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar), salt, pepper and 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Latino Bella Olive Oil.
- Diagonal sliced bread 1.5 cm thick.
- Place on a tray and spray lightly with olive oil.Toast bread in oven, until golden, watching closely not to let it burn (if don't has oven, we can use hot pan).
- When bread is toasted, rub each piece with whole garlic clove.
- Place bread on a platter and top with tomato mixture and serve immediately.
