Beef With Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 600 g Steak
- 2 pcs red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 small chili
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar or nomal vinegar
- 6 tbsp Latino Bella Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp Latino Bella Pomace Olive Oil
Instructions
- Sauce:Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Seed and chop the chilli. Chop the parsley. Mix all these ingredients with 5 tbsp Latino Bella Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, oregano, a little salt and pepper.
- Place the meat in a dish, sprinkle with half of the sauce. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Core the red bell pepper and cut them into strips. Brown them for 10 minutes with 3 tbsp Latino Bella Pomace Oil, add salt and pepper.
- After 1 hour, take the meat out and let it dry. Heat a griddle or frying pan and cook the steaks for 2-3 mins with 1tbsp Latino Bella Extra Virgin Olive Oil on each side or until done to your liking. Sprinkle each side of steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Serve with the pan-fried red bell pepper and the rest of the sauce
