Beef Meatball With Basil
Ingredients
- 500 gram chopped beef
- 800 gram tomato sauce
- 150 gram shredded mozarella
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 sprigs thyme ( or 0,5 tbsp)
- 4 sprigs basil (or 2 tbsp)
- 50 gram green (or black) olives
- 3 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped bee fwith shredded mozzarella, 1tb spoon thyme, salt and pepper.
- Do meatball of 4cm diameter.
- Put small amount of flour in atable and roll the meatball in flour.
- In a pan, put 3 tbspoon of pomace Olive Oil and garlic then cook meatball for 3 minutes.
- Remove the meatball from the pan. In the same pan, fry the chopped onion for 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and keep at low fire for 10 minutes.
- Put again the meatball, add olives, and cook for 10 minutes more.
- Dressing : Add on the top basils.Advice: You can serve the dish with white rice
